By sharing your story (submitting your story, image and/or details on the #ENOUGH website), you hereby grant the #ENOUGH web team and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use the included story, images and information for any purpose, including: publication on the website and social media, as well as third-party online websites such as blogs or news media sites.  You acknowledge and agree that any information you provide, including any photo, may be viewed by the general public. You further agree that we may use your story, photo and information in any promotional manner we deem necessary or for the purposes of fighting gun violence as a part of the mission of the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence. We do not endorse or make any warranties or representations with regard to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any of the statements in your story. By sharing your story, you are certifying that you are over the age of 18 and are fully authorized to share the story and media, to grant this license as a copyright owner, and that the uses granted by this license do not infringe upon any copyright owned by another.

You grant the #ENOUGH web team, The Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, and its affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, unrestricted right to edit, remove, modify, format, publish, sublicense, print, transmit, copy, display, incorporate the Media, in whole or in part, into derivative works, or otherwise use the Media and all accompanying personally identifiable information you submit, in any lawful manner chosen and via all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, without notice to you and without compensation.

You agree that the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of any use of the Media or the other information you submit.

You agree that the #ENOUGH Web Team and its affiliates may contact you to verify your submission, to seek additional information from you about your story, personal submission, and/or artwork, and you agree that such additional information will be subject to, and included in, the license above stated.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence and its officers, agents, licensees, and employees harmless from any claims, suits, damages, costs, expenses, or demands, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, including any representation or warranty, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party or by reason of any scandalous, libelous, or unlawful matter contained or alleged to be contained in the Media or any infringement or violation by the Media of any copyright or property right. The #ENOUGH Web Team’’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

Once submitted, stories cannot be edited by the poster. However, requests for removal can be made by reply to the email received upon story publication.

By submitting a story, you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions.
